HYDRORIDER programming is becoming more prevalent in clubs and pools across the globe.
This certification course includes classroom theory, practical applications in the pool and a one-hour exam.

All participants must bring footwear for protection, a bathing suit or chlorinated resistant attire.
Please plan accordingly to bring a healthy lunch unless the facility provides for some.
The Training is 8 hours in duration with approximately 3 hours theory, 3.5 hours practical, 1 hour lunch and 0.5 hour exam.
The practical part is divided in 2 classes; 2 hour in the morning and 1.5 hour in the afternoon therefore an extra bathing suit may be necessary

We are thrilled to introduce you to a professional and comprehensive program with continuing education. The Level 1 covers our Professional Model Aquabike, Pro Fix Aquabike, Pro Statiq Aquabike and our Easy Line Aquabike. Join us for a fun training course filled with educational material from theory to practical. Complete the course using the HYDRORIDER® system in the water to personally experience basic bike set up and techniques for riding posture in addition to riding positions. This will be followed by information on class design, music, motivation, water properties, and functional anatomy, and physiology.

HYDRORIDER has updated their training program with new teaching and technical skills. These can be used in basic aquatic cycling classes or for combined workouts with other water activities.
