We are now taking bookings for Private Lessons from West Palm Beach to Miami Beach.
If you're within Palm Beach County, Broward County or Miami-Dade County contact us with your best available DATE and TIME and we will work to get a trainer to YOUR HOME.
What's Included
1) A personalized, 1-on-1 training session with a HYDRORIDER Certified Aquatic Fitness Trainer.
2) Equipment of choice brought to your home from the following:
- Aquabike
- Aquajump
- Aquatreadmill
- Riderbands*
3) The peace of mind of SAFE, socially-distanced aquatic workouts in the comfort of your home at the convenience of your schedule.
What's Required
1) A pool with a relatively flat bottom (Bowl-shaped pool bottoms lead to unstable equipment placement and can only accommodate an exclusively RiderBand fitness session.)
2) Aquatic shoes. Shoes for aquatic fitness are preferred, but hard-toe reef shoes would work as well. Also available for purchase here.
3) Swimsuit, towel and bottled water.
4) Respect of time and talent. Cancellation or reschedule can occur up to 24 hours prior to the training session, but a fee equal to the cost of the session will incur if cancelled within 24 hours. If we need to reschedule last minute another trainer will be sent in replacement or a choice of refund or transfer to another schedule date/time.
